Less stress and more serenity. Grade Foundation Shiatsu Project was born with this idea. Thanks to cooperation of Italian Shiatsu Academy and Santa Maria Nuova Hospital—IRCSS, it offers the opportunity to participate in Shiatsu treatments, to avoid more intensive care patients and with the prior consent of the hematologist. Italian Shiatsu Academy operates at national and international level with social voluntary and education projects. Among these, the projects for Oncologic Wards in some hospitals, with free Shiatsu treatments. The goal of the discipline is to facilitate the achievement of deep wellbeing. So, Grade Foundation thought to devote this completely free service to all Friends of Hematology Group.
What is Shiatsu?
Shiatsu is a bionaturale discipline: through pressures on the whole body with palms of hands and thumbs, it generates a general state of well-being . Performed by a qualified and certified operator, the benefits of Shiatsu are perceptible from the very first treatment, with a deep state of relaxation and serenity that allows you to find renewed vitality and joy of living. There are no contraindications: everyone of different age, condition and state of well-being or discomfort can receive Shiatsu.
